Q: Is there anything I need to prepare?

Q: What kind of person will be giving the massage?

A:Our therapists are female therapists who have passed technical training.

We have highly motivated staff who are committed to providing healing to our customers.

Q: What payment methods are available?

A: You can pay the fee by either cash or credit card.

Regarding credit card payments: Only credit cards issued in Japan are accepted.

A 10% handling fee will be charged on the subtotal.

Q: Can I extend the massage time?

A: If there is a certain amount of time until the next customer's reservation, it is possible to extend the reservation.

However, we may decline your request depending on the reservation situation.

Q: Can I make a reservation on the day?

A: Yes, you can. There are busy times, so please make your reservation early.

Q: Is insurance applicable?

A: Since our salon is for relaxation purposes, insurance does not apply.
